4. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, you are prohibited from:

  • Using any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site.

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Rudfenium. Any unauthorized use of the Services may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the Services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Rudfenium a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights.

Rudfenium reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any User-Generated Content for any or no reason in our sole discretion. We do not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaim any and all liability for any User-Generated Content.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. By selecting a paid service, you agree to pay all fees associated with that service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping that information up to date.

Payments will be processed through a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you consent to the collection and use of your information by the payment processor in accordance with their privacy policy. Rudfenium is not responsible for any errors or issues arising from the payment processing.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Site, and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

8. Service Modifications

Rudfenium reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Rudfenium will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Any new features that augment or enhance the current Services shall also be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rudfenium, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
  • Any content obtained from the Services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Rudfenium's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any fees owed to Rudfenium prior to termination.
